Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use DaiVPN (the "App").
1. What the App does
The App lets you connect to public VPN Gate relays or import an OpenVPN profile that you obtained from another provider. VPN traffic is processed by the operating system VPN service and the native OpenVPN engine. Packet data is not routed through the React Native JavaScript layer.
2. Information handled by the App
Server list and connection setup
The App requests a list of public relays and a connection profile for the relay you select. The service providing this list receives ordinary network request information such as your IP address, request time, and technical headers. The App receives relay metadata such as country, host, port, protocol, latency, speed, and session count when available.
Profiles and credentials stored on your device
Imported profiles, inline certificates or keys, profile metadata, connection preferences, and credentials that you explicitly choose to remember are stored locally on your device. They are used to create VPN sessions. Do not import a profile on a device you do not trust. You can delete profiles and clear saved credentials in the App.
Connection state and diagnostics
The App processes connection state, duration, protocol, byte and packet totals, error codes, and redacted diagnostics so it can display status and troubleshoot failures. The App is designed not to record browsing destinations, DNS history, traffic contents, passwords, private keys, certificates, or raw profiles in application logs. Local diagnostic information may be cleared when the App or its data is removed.
3. VPN traffic and third-party relays
Traffic sent through a VPN relay is visible to the operator of that relay to the extent permitted by the protocol and destination encryption. HTTPS protects content between you and the destination, but a relay may still observe connection metadata. Public VPN Gate relays may log source IP addresses, connection times, destinations, packet headers, and other information. Review the VPN Gate Anti-Abuse Policy before connecting. We do not promise that a public relay is private, anonymous, available, safe, or free from monitoring.
If you import a third-party profile, the provider and server operator for that profile determine their own logging and data practices. Their privacy policy applies to traffic routed through their service.
4. No advertising, tracking, or sale of data
The current App does not contain advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We do not sell user data or VPN traffic data. We do not use browsing contents, destinations, profiles, credentials, or VPN traffic for advertising, profiling, or data-broker purposes.
We do not sell, share, or disclose information collected by us to third parties for their own purposes. At your direction, the App contacts the DaiVPN server-directory service and the VPN operator you select to perform the requested connection. Those services necessarily receive ordinary network information and are governed by the disclosures in Sections 2 and 3. We do not provide them with an imported profile or remembered credentials unless those details are required for the VPN provider you explicitly chose.
5. Firebase Hosting
These legal pages are hosted on Firebase Hosting. Hosting infrastructure may process standard server logs, including IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps, for delivery, security, and reliability. These pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts.
6. How information is used
We use information handled by the App only to:
- provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the App and VPN connection flow;
- remember your local settings and profiles;
- comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect users and the service.
We do not sell, use, or disclose VPN traffic data for any secondary purpose. Information may be processed only as needed to provide the user-requested directory and VPN connection, operate the app store and legal website, comply with law, or protect users and the service.
7. Retention and deletion
Profiles, remembered credentials, preferences, and local diagnostics remain on your device until you clear them, delete the profile, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Hosting, API, app-store, and relay providers retain information under their own policies. Removing local App data does not delete records independently retained by a public relay, hosting provider, API, or store.
8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards such as platform app isolation, encrypted network transport to supported services, redacted logs, and validation of imported profiles. No storage, device, VPN relay, or network transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International processing and your choices
Providers and public relay operators may process information in countries other than yours. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. For data kept only on your device, use the App's delete/clear controls or uninstall the App. Contact the selected provider directly for information that it independently retains.
11. Changes and contact
