Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DaiVPN (the "App"), provided by DREAMER NETWORK CO., LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally permitted to use VPN software where you live and must comply with applicable laws, network rules, provider terms, and third-party rights. You are responsible for activity performed through your device and selected VPN connection.
You must not use the App to:
- commit, facilitate, or conceal illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
- attack, disrupt, probe, scrape, spam, or gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- distribute malware or evade lawful restrictions, sanctions, or court orders; or
- interfere with the App, its API, connection flow, or security controls.
2. Public VPN Gate relays
Relay availability, identity, jurisdiction, performance, logging, safety, and configuration can change at any time. Relay operators may monitor or retain connection and packet information. You should use HTTPS and other end-to-end encryption and must review the VPN Gate Anti-Abuse Policy. Selection or ranking in the App is informational and is not an endorsement or security guarantee.
3. Imported profiles
You may import OpenVPN profiles that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining profiles, certificates, keys, and credentials lawfully and for understanding the selected provider's terms, privacy practices, fees, and logging. The App may reject unsafe, unsupported, incomplete, or oversized profiles.
4. Current service
The current App does not require an account and does not contain advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We may change or add features in a future version, but any new commercial terms and related privacy disclosures will be presented before they apply.
5. License and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the applicable store rules. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, exploit, or create a competing service from the App except where applicable law or an open-source license expressly permits it. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
6. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or store policy, address abuse, or respond to unavailable APIs or relays. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all relay information are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular IP address or location, anonymity, speed, compatibility with every profile, avoidance of blocking, or protection from every threat. A VPN does not replace secure passwords, device updates, HTTPS, or good security practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, access, or goodwill; relay or provider conduct; or unauthorized or unlawful use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Third-party services
The App may interact with public relays, VPN profile providers, Apple App Store, Firebase Hosting, and external websites. Their terms and policies apply independently. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or policies.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable effort to contact us and resolve the issue informally.
11. Changes and contact
